Our internal quality department are experts within their field, with a full understanding the regulatory requirements of healthcare supply chains.

With over 20 years' experience in healthcare, our qualified in-house quality management team and quality technicians are highly knowledgeable in the following range of technical services:

Samples -

  • Collection of samples from inbound shipments for onward delivery to laboratories.
  • Retention of samples can also be managed by Alloga UK.
  • Sample inspection and artwork verification.

Administrative release

  • Release of product from QC hold status following receiving checks.
  • Clients can also perform the release via the Alloga UK Partner Portal.

Transit Temperature Data Assessment -

  • Downloading of data loggers to view temperature records in transit, excursion reporting and excursion management.

Returns Management -

  • Inspection of returned goods.
  • RP disposition of returned goods and communication with clients.
  • Approval ⁄ rejection of returned goods where delegated to Alloga UK.

QP Services -

  • Alloga UK can liaise directly with experienced QPs to provide a range of QP Services.

Unlicensed Product Importation -

  • Management of the approval for the importation of unlicensed medicinal products from within the EEA.

Advisory Services

  • Support and advice regarding GDP and MHRA expectations.
  • Highly experienced with client quality and regulatory teams, and regulatory bodies such as the MHRA and Home Office, and therefore well-placed to give perspective and guidance on GDP, licensing and changing legislation.
